I am so blessed to have been able to fight through so many sicknesses this year without requiring IVs (*knocks on wood*) My lungs are almost 100% back to how good they were feeling before I got sick. My friends were very understanding that I couldn’t go out late all weekend and that I needed my rest during the day. I drank plenty of fluids and took some time each day to nap and take it easy.

I’m officially addicted to Sinus Rinses. I do them on a daily basis [for the most part] anyways, but during my cold it felt sooo good to be able to breathe easy through my nose after I did them.

Thanks to being well again, I finally got the energy to write my healthcare research paper all about reform. I could say I’m almost an expert now

I’m getting the h1N1 vaccine today thank GOD. We got an email about someone being diagnosed with it on campus but they have since gone home. Hopefully it will be able to be contained, I just don’t want anymore speed bumps so i will be at ease once the shot takes effect!

Upcoming this weekend: The Halloween Mixer [I’m being little red riding hood!], Midnight Madness [a pep rally] where I’m performing with my new step team called RUCKUS!, and Trick-or-Treaters are coming to the dorm rooms thursday. I’m glad I can be in tip top shape for it all!
